Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or vermouth
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 4 6-ounce flounder fillets

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine lemon juice, white wine, lemon pepper, garlic and parsley in a small bowl.
  3. Place flounder in one layer in a shallow glass baking dish. Spread lemon mixture evenly over the fish and bake for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
