Try this fun alternative to regular old pizza! It's tasty, convenient and much healthier than greasy meat pizza. And, beans and salsa make a great spread!
1 small prepared pizza shell (such as 4-inch Boboli)
1/2 cup vegetarian refried beans (such as Bearitos Low Fat Refried Beans)
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1/4 cup light shredded cheese
1 tomato, chopped
Sliced green onions
1/4 cup avocado, sliced or cubed
1 Preheat oven according to pizza shell package directions. Spread beans over shell followed by salsa and cheese.
2 Bake according to package directions or until cheese is melted. Top with chopped tomatoes, sliced green onion and avocado.
