Ingredients
  • 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. 1 Serving = about 1/4 cup.
  3. Fun fruit to try: kiwi slices, orange segments, strawberries, apples or melon.
