Craving a crunchy, salty and sweet snack? Make a batch of trail mix to keep on hand. Unlike many store brands, this one is low in fat!
3 cups air popped popcorn (or low-fat microwave)
1/4 cup diced dried apricots
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped dates
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 Preheat oven to 350.
2 Combine all ingredients. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
3 Spread trail mix evenly on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until toasted.
