|1||Place tomatillos in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook about 15 minutes or until tender.|
|2||Place tomatillos, peppers, lime juice and garlic in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add onion and cilantro and pulse a few times.|
|3||Pour into a bowl and stir in tomatoes. Goes well with tacos, black beans and low-fat quesadillas!|
|4||Yield: 2-3 cups. Serving Size: 1/2 cup.|
