|1||Process all hummus ingredients (beans - cumin) in food processor using chopping blade.|
|2||Place in bowl and season to taste. Sprinkle top lightly with paprika for color.|
|3||Makes about 1 1/3 cups (2 tbsp = 1 serving).|
|4||Serve with whole wheat pita bread, cucumber slices, baby carrots, celery and/or bell pepper strips.|
