Ingredients - 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup roasted red peppers from a jar (water packed and drained)
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- Garnish: chopped fresh or dried basil
Instructions - Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Serving Size: 2 tablespoons.
- For a thicker dip, substitute light softened cream cheese in place of sour cream.
