Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers from a jar (water packed and drained)
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • Garnish: chopped fresh or dried basil

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Serving Size: 2 tablespoons.
  3. For a thicker dip, substitute light softened cream cheese in place of sour cream.
