|1||Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl and stir well with a whisk. Set aside.|
|2||Spray a large nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add fillets; cook about 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.|
|3||Remove halibut and set aside; keeping warm. Add teriyaki mixture to pan and bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour over halibut.|
|4||1 serving = 1 fillet with about 2 tbsp of sauce. Try serving with brown rice and broccoli!|
