|1||In a large non-stick skillet, cook ground turkey until cooked through.|
|2||Add onion, green pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are soft and most of the water has evaporated.|
|3||Remove from heat. Arrange lettuce in a large bowl. Add meat mixture and top with tomatoes and crushed chips.|
|4||Serve with salsa and jalapenos if desired.|
