|1||Glazed walnuts: line a baking sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray and spread walnuts onto a baking sheet.|
|2||Lightly spray walnuts with cooking spray and sprinkle lightly with sugar (about 1 tsp). Bake at 350 until caramelized or golden to dark brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.|
|3||Salad: In a large salad bowl, toss lettuce, walnuts and grapes. Drizzle with dressing and toss well when ready to serve.|
|4||Yield: about 6 cups. Serving Size: about 1 cup.|

I like the idea. However i`ll simply toast walnuts - no sugar - less calories.
