This is not your average meatloaf! It's healthy, full of flavor and very easy to make. Serve with roasted potatoes and steamed veggies for a magnificent meal!

Ingredients:
Meatloaf:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey (not ground turkey breast)
1 egg
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 can condensed low-fat, low-sodium tomato soup (such as Campbell's Healthy Request)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
Remaining 1/2 can condensed tomato soup
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Best Foods/Hellmann's Dijonnaise or other creamy dijon spread

Sauce:

Directions:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
| 2 | Mix all meatloaf ingredients, form into small loaf and place in baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. |
| 3 | Mix sauce ingredients in separate bowl and then pour over meat loaf. |
| 4 | Bake for one hour. Yield: 6-8 servings. |
| 5 | ENJOY! |
