The flavor of barbecued salmon in minutes! Paired with red potatoes and broccoli, it's a complete meal!

1 | Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking dish or sheet with non-stick cooking spray. |
2 | Brush bbq sauce over the salmon and season with garlic powder and cayenne pepper to taste. Bake for 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. |
3 | Prepare the veggies: Wash the potatoes and prick with a knife. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until soft. Steam or boil broccoli until tender. |
