Build upon what you already know, to begin to increase the intensity of your current exercise plan and learn slightly more complex exercise moves. Advanced Exercise Plan
If youíre a seasoned veteran at the gym and an Advanced Exercise Plan is where you feel comfortable, our trainers have designed a plan that will help you gain maximum results. This plan is great for those who have a solid fitness foundation - so if you are confident in your knowledge of basic and complex exercises, and are eager to challenge yourself further, follow along with this 4-week exercise plan.
