Forget the fast food drive-through or restaurant. Fries can be just as tasty at home AND much healthier!

| 1 | Preheat oven to 350. Cut potatoes lengthwise into matchstick slices. |
| 2 | Combine potatoes and remaining ingredients in a zip-lock plastic bag. Seal bag and toss to coat. |
| 3 | Spread fries on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. |
| 4 | Bake for 10-15 or until crisp, turning occasionaly. |
| 5 | ENJOY! |
