|1||Saute seitan in 1/2 teapsoon olive until browned, about 6 minutes.|
|2||In a seperate pan, saute onions in remaining olive oil for 5-6 minutes.|
|3||Add garlic, red pepper and oregano; saute for a few minutes.|
|4||Stir in seitan and broth and simmer until red pepper is tender, about 3 minutes. Add green onion and pepper to taste.|
|5||Combine sauce ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.|
|6||Place fajita mixture into a warmed tortilla and top with sauce.|
|7||**Tofu or tempeh may be substituted for seitan.**|
