Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds ground turkey
2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons onion, finely diced
1 egg white
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1 In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
2 Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180°F or grill them.
