Ingredients - 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, evenly sized
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary or 1-2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions - Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine oil and herbs in a bowl. Toss new potatoes in the oil and place in a baking dish.
- Season with salt and pepper. Roast potatoes for 40-45 minutes until tender, turning occasionally.
