Ingredients
  • 4 cups whole grain pasta, cooked
  • 1 15 ounce can of drained and rinsed cannellini or other white beans (choose lower sodium)
  • 1 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Instructions
  1. Combine beans, tomatoes, garlic, herbs and spinach in a non-stick skillet. Cook over medium heat until heated through and spinach wilts.
  2. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.
