Ingredients
  • 1 whole wheat pita
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dark leaf lettuce, chopped
  • Tomato slices

Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, mix olives and feta cheese.
  2. Open the pita pocket and spread the hummus inside the pocket. Line with cucumber, tomato slices and lettuce. Spoon olives and feta mixture into the pita.
