Ingredients - 1 whole wheat pita
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup dark leaf lettuce, chopped
- Tomato slices
Instructions - In a small mixing bowl, mix olives and feta cheese.
- Open the pita pocket and spread the hummus inside the pocket. Line with cucumber, tomato slices and lettuce. Spoon olives and feta mixture into the pita.
