Ingredients - 1/2 cup plain, low fat yogurt
- 2-1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Black pepper to taste
