This is a great dip for vegetables or baked pita chips and also makes a tasty sauce for pasta, chicken or fish. And, it's practically calorie and fat free!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 cup roasted red peppers from a jar (water packed and drained)
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Garnish: chopped fresh or dried basil
Directions:
1 Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2 Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Serving Size: 2 tablespoons.
3 For a thicker dip, substitute light softened cream cheese in place of sour cream.
4 ENJOY!
