Ingredients - 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup diced green bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 small jalapeno, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions - Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Allow salsa to sit in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
- Yiled: about 3 1/2 cups. Serving Size: 1/4 cup.
