This creamy dip is packed with flavor! It makes a wonderful snack when paired with veggies and crackers or a great topping for baked potatoes!

| 1 | Combine all ingredients and place in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth. |
| 2 | Serve with whole wheat crackers, baked chips, baguette slices or whole wheat pita and fresh veggies such as carrots, celery, cucumber, broccoli and/or cauliflower. Or, use as substitute for sour cream. |
