Add a little zest and pizzazz to your burger. This burger combines veggies, spices and a sauce that packs a punch. No more boring turkey burgers!
|
| 1 | Preheat grill (indoor or outdoor grill or frying pan) to medium high. Combine hamburger with red peppers, corn, cayenne and garlic in a medium sized bowl. Form into 4 patties. |
| 2 | Combine chipotle sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Grill patties 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove from heat and top each burger with a thin slice of cheese. |
| 3 | Spread hamburger buns with chipotle sauce, top with burger, spinach or lettuce and tomatoes. |
| 4 | ENJOY! |
