Vanilla pudding with fruit and a touch of cinnamon makes a decadent but healthy dessert option.
Ingredients:
1 can (20 ounce) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 pound grapes, seedless, red or green
2 bananas
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 3/4 cups nonfat milk
1 package (3 1/2 ounce) fat-free, instant pudding mix
Directions:
1 Combine fruit in a medium bowl. Pour milk over fruit.
2 While slowly stirring the fruit mixture, sprinkle in the pudding mix.
3 Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and serve.
4 ENJOY!
