Dried cranberries turn an ordinary salad into a spectacular dish. The apples and walnuts add extra crunch and flavor too!
Ingredients:
10 cups mixed greens
2 medium sliced apples
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sliced green onions
3/4 cup light vinaigrette dressing
Directions:
1 Toss lettuce, apples, walnuts, cranberries, and onions in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
