Add some calcium and fruit to your day - all blended up in this nutritious and delicious smoothie.
Ingredients:
3 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana, preferably frozen
1 cup low fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1 Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Thin with non-fat milk if needed or desired.
2 ENJOY!
