4 whole grain hamburger buns, whole grain pita bread or whole grain English muffins
Spinach or lettuce leaves and tomatoes for topping
Chipotle Sauce:
2 tbsp catsup
1 tbsp non-fat sour cream
Tabasco or chipotle sauce to taste
Instructions
Preheat grill (indoor or outdoor grill or frying pan) to medium high. Combine hamburger with red peppers, corn, cayenne and garlic in a medium sized bowl. Form into 4 patties.
Combine chipotle sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Grill patties 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove from heat and top each burger with a thin slice of cheese.
Spread hamburger buns with chipotle sauce, top with burger, spinach or lettuce and tomatoes.
