Pasta doesn't have to always come with red sauce! Asian inspired ingredients make this pasta dish tasty, healthy and easy to prepare.

| 1 | Cook pasta according to package directions. |
| 2 | In a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, stir-fry vegetables over medium heat until tender-crisp. |
| 3 | Add soy sauce and pasta. Toss and heat for a few minutes. Sprinkle with peanuts. |
