No more drowning your artichoke in fat-laded mayonnaise or butter - now you have a tasty, healthier option. And, you can use leftover dip for other veggies!
Ingredients:
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Black pepper to taste

4 artichokes, prepared and cooked
Directions:
1 Mix together yogurt, green onions, garlic and black pepper and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2 Serve with cooked artichokes. Serving Size: 1 artichoke with 1/4 cup dip.
3 ENJOY!
