Sunday morning is a great time to enjoy warm, freshly baked cornbread! Try serving this with scramled egg whites or egg substitute and fresh fruit.

| 1 | Preheat oven to 400 F. |
| 2 | Mix all ingredients and pour into an 8" X 8" baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. |
| 3 | Bake 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. |
| 4 | 1 serving = 1/9 of the baked cornbread. |
| 5 | ENJOY! |
