Small portabella mushrooms make the perfect platform for pizza. Their meaty texture holds up well and adds an earthy flavor.

| 1 | Remove stems from mushrooms. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. |
| 2 | Grill mushrooms stem side down for about 3 minutes. |
| 3 | Turn over, add 1 tbsp tomato sauce to each mushroom. Sprinkle with basil and add 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella to each mushroom. |
| 4 | Grill additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
| 5 | Serving Size: 1 mushroom. |
