|1||Combine avocado and 1 tbsp lime juice in a medium bowl.|
|2||Combine peas, green onion, garlic, remaining lime juice and cilantro in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.|
|3||Add avocado and tomato and stir gently to combine. Season to taste wit hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.|
|4||Serve as an appetizer or snack with baked chips or whole grain crackers and cut-up veggies!|
