Ingredients - 1 can no salt added cream style corn
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup corn meal
- 3/4 cup non-fat milk
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup light shredded cheese
Instructions - Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Mix all ingredients and pour into an 8" X 8" baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 1 serving = 1/9 of the baked cornbread.
