Ingredients - 4 salmon fillets (about 5 oz each)
- Marinade:
- 2 tbsp stone ground mustard
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions - Combine marinade ingredients; set aside.
- Marinate salmon in mixture in a zip-top bag for 10 minutes.
- Grill fillets for 12 minutes or until they flake easily with a fork.
