This classic spinach salad is easy to make and a great way to start any meal. Serve with your favorite low-fat salad dressing.
Ingredients:
3 slices turkey bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 pound baby spinach leaves
2 mandarin oranges, separated into segments
1/2 cup sliced red onions
Directions:
1 Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl and serve with your favorite low-fat dressing.
