Green beans accented by red bell pepper and Italian dressing make this recipe an easy, scrumptious dish.
Ingredients:
1 16-20 ounce package frozen green beans, thawed
1/2 red bell pepper, diced fine
1/2 cup fat free Italian dressing
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 garlic clove, minced
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
1 Heat beans and red pepper in a saucepan until heated through.
2 Combine bean mixture with dressing and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
3 Cover and chill for 4-8 hours to allow flavors to meld.
4 Season with black pepper and serve with a slotted spoon.
5 ENJOY!
