A weight loss challenge is a multiple week forum for weight loss and support. The Challenges give participants a set timeline within which they can set goals and use the support, motivation, and accountability of the Challenge to reach those goals. Challenges are open to all members of Diet.com, both free and premium.
It's never too late to join a Weight Loss Challenge! You can join and participate at any point during a Challenge. In some challenges, you must be a premium member for a pre-determined duration of the challenge to be eligible to win the Grand prize.
