TIPS ON ANTI-AGING FOODS!

It seems as though everyone is fighting the good fight against aging. Expensive surgeries, miracle pills and poisonous injections like Botox seem to be everywhere. So why is youth so appealing? Simply put, youth equals health and vitality. Fortunately, you can feel healthy and vital at any age. A healthy diet is the best anti-aging remedy on the market, or should I say at the market.

Toxins, found in acid producing foods such as carbohydrates and proteins, cause tiredness, pain and aging. If you want more energy and less pain and aging, you need to eat less of these toxins and starting chowing down on more leafy greens and fruits.

Here’s a list of simple, everyday foods that can really change the way you look and feel:

• RAW nuts, seeds, soaked and sprouted grains
• Fruit and vegetables especially sprouts
• Green leafy vegetables
• Beans
• Seeds
• Bee Pollen
• Celtic sea salt
• Seaweed
• Wheatgrass juice
• Barley greens
• Antioxidants (example being vitamin C, vitamin E)
• Olive oil

There is no need to alter your lifestyle drastically. It doesn’t matter how old you are, it is never too late to start getting younger!
