Weight Watchers FlexPoints Plan
Weight Watcher’s new twist on their traditional Points program, where each food is assigned a particular point value. With FlexPoints, dieters are allowed 35 reserve points each week for those unexpected curveball situations, like weddings, office parties, cravings, or hectic schedules. Unused points only boost the members’ weight loss. Users can also earn Activity Points by exercising, which can be swapped for extra Points. As always, there is an emphasis on weekly meetings and group support.
