Delicious and Beyond Filling!

My Dad and I made this and I'd say we couldn't get enough - except it was so filling, we pigged out and didn't even eat half!!! The alterations to the recipe we made was 1 pound less mushrooms, reduced fat mixed mexican blend cheese, and 3 provolone slices on top to get bubbly and brown. We highly recommend eating this with Tapatio sauce!!! " I am very satisfied, WOW!" - my Dad. I eat a lot and I could only eat one serving! Thank you Diet.com and the creator of this recipe!

This was easy to make, I substituted zesty tomato and green chili sauce for the green sauce. It's vegetarian and gluten free. With the garlic, mushrooms and spinach packed with "good for ya" stuff. Spicy.
