I made this cake for Easter dessert and it tasted like a sponge. My mother thought it tasted too strong with baking soda. I pulled out the recipe that I had printed from this site. It clearly says 2tbsp (tablespoons) baking soda. That is an awfull lot. I wonder if this recipe should say 2 teaspoons of baking soda?
