|1||Preheat oven to 350. Place salmon fillets in a large baking dish with about ½ inch water in the bottom. Cover with foil and bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.|
|2||Meanwhile, combine the tomato, mango, yellow bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno and cilantro in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.|
|3||Serve the salmon fillets with salsa and lemon wedges. Goes well with brown rice and steamed broccoli!|
