I like the idea of a meal plan that is structured, but I don't like the idea of eating prepared foods all day. Even if Nutrisystem replaces your other meals, it's still expensive! https://mightydiets.com/how-much-nutrisystem-cost/
I'm sure that you can find a way to put together a similar diet on your own with those frozen lean cuisine meals from the supermarket. They are always on sale for about $3 each, which is much cheaper than Nutrisystem which costs twice that or more.
Also, I don't like the idea of committing to a diet without trying it out first. It's about $400 per month!
Nutrisystem seems like the "tallest dwarf in the room" when it comes to meal delivery diets, as I don't think any of them are rated extremely high. The logistics of getting prepared food to your door every month means that not only is shipping an expensive cost for the company, but you'll be lucky if the food tastes better than a TV dinner when it arrives.
Anyway, I kind of like the idea of just disciplining myself to eat smoothies and lean cuisine tv dinners for a few weeks to see if i can replicate the diet on my own at half the cost. Just let me know if you have suggestions!
