      Tips 
      
        - Many lean cuts of meat come with high-fat sauces.  Ask that your sauce come on the side or not at all.  For example, order the tenderloin, but without the béarnaise.
 
        - Ask that no butter is added to your veggies.
 
        - Higher-fat cue words: béarnaise, Wellington, béchamel, hollandaise, mornay, foie gras, au gratin, creme fraiche, cordon bleu.
