I'm here for the same reason as everyone else, to lose weight! My weight has really got out of hand over the past few years and I think I need to change before its too late. Considering im 16, the best time to start is now and thats exactly what im going to do. I am a 6 ft 2in 16 year old male. I am 320 pounds. I'm going to lose weight, however I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to. My family doesn't have the money needed to buy me exercise equipment, and they pretty much only cook microwavable foods such as corn dogs and hot pockets. I normally eat foods like that for dinner which is something that is going to have to stop if I'm going to lose weight. I need to start eating healthier but the problem is my family doesn't buy healthy food for dinner. Don't get me wrong there are apples in the fridge but that is literally about it. I need something affordable and healthy to eat but I'm not quite sure what I can get that is affordable to my parents.... As far as the exercising goes, I was mainly planning on walking/jogging, pushups, and crunches. I'll probably be walking 2 miles just about every week day to get home because my bus drops me off about 2 miles away from my house. I could probably get a ride but that's a good opportunity to get some exercise in my opinion... so if someone could reply and give me some help/info on what to eat and what exercises to do, it would be very appreciated. I'm tired of being fat and I'm serious about losing weight! Im so serious, i chose to write a blog to keep me motivated!
