found more items while surfing site...i find some meals easier to prepare then others and some meals that I can not tolerate but over all I enjoy most meals...getting a handle on my glucose levels...as far as cheating doing pretty good for me..I have no desires to "taste" the unauthorized and cheat on food excellent..Now that being said I cheated by eating the hell out of a beef roast and had to have my favorite snack when I crashed with diabetes...
