Let ' working out' never get boring

Hi Everyone,

I attend a Womens'Support Group every Thursday, where we share our experiences of the past week.

I usually am not an avid Newspaper reader, but nevertheless, I am always tempted to pick up the free '24hrs' Newspaper at the Subway each morning.

I never shared this with anyone but last week I was simply 'forced' to tell the group about how I feel regarding all the 'negativity' that is portrayed in the papers. In response, many of my group members suggested never to open the pages that can get me into 'sad' mode.

So, now here I am ,reading only the fitness column since last week:)I realize now, my happiness and good mood is more important than trying to sound 'all knowledgeable' when someone
challenges me in a debate on a political issue:)

Cheers!

Only seeing the negative, and operating from a view that everything is negative and against you, is a twisted way of thinking and living, and you can change that. dissertation writing service
