Hey there everyone!
Gosh I haven't posted a blog in a while! I figured I would wait a few days or a week (haha) to post an updated one. To start, my class schedule this semester is absolutely wonderful and allows me to have my gym time! I've been consistently eating super healthy and doing a lot of cooking. I noticed I'm open to trying new things and find that if I set my picky eating attitude aside and try something new I find I actually like it!I never used to try ANYTHING. On Thursday afternoon I ran a total of 3 miles at the gym with no stopping and no slowing down to walk. I don't know what came over me but whatever it was--was awesome. I was super pumped! I took a mini roadtrip this weekend to visit and stay with my best friend who goes to school almost 2 hours away from me. I couldn't go and weigh-in on the scale I normally use at the gym I go to so I figured I'd hop on my friends scale. Her scale says I went down 5 lbs. WOO! I'm hoping it was accurate =) We went to the gym together on Friday and ate healthy all weekend. I did go out last night and for drinking actually drank smart. I had a BLAST and was so happy I didn't restrict myself..I think we all need that once in a while. That feeling of careless-ness and fun that I don't get enough of! This week I plan to stay hydrated with water water & more water. I've been doing so well I hope to continue.
