... because I don't think there's a muscle on me right now that doesn't hurt ha ha. Even the arches of my feet hurt. Abs, arms, shoulders, back. My neck hurts some... but I think that's mostly from the 5+ hours of video game playing last night...

So getting through the workout may be a lil difficult later today, but we'll see how it goes ha ha It actually did feel kinda nice to wake up and be sore. Showed everything I did yesterday was actually working somehow. I'm out of bananas, so I'm making some whole wheat pasta to see if that helps. It's not potassium, but the carbs should help at least a little bit.
